A desire for an extended kayaking season and a thriving artistic scene recently transferred Mr. Konechne to the Austin, Texas area.  Originally from Pierre, South Dakota, Bryan received his BFA in Photography and New Media from the Kansas City Art Institute.  He then returned to his home state to further expand his abilities and found himself self-propelled in a limitless range of work, from Professional Photographic Consulting to Adobe Photoshop Training to Artwork Reproduction to co-founding his own event photography and camera repair business.  Now, after only a short amount of time in the snow-free scene, and with a fairly noticeable northern accent, he currently sets out to bring a fresh set of eyes to the acres of the hill country.  Perhaps it is his incessant craving to be outdoors or his keen ability to quietly steep in his surroundings that keeps him shooting; either way, Bryan remains a devout freelance photographer and is currently managing a career in artistic imaging and creative concepts.

His other artistic interests include sculpting, sketching, painting, and new media.  Keeping his longtime girlfriend on her toes, Bryan is also known to be a bit of a thrill-seeker, and will often be found excelling in any range of outdoor activities, including rock climbing, skiing, snowboarding, snow-shoeing, kayaking, wakeboarding, and camping.  He recently added wakeboarding to the list and is convinced that he should be investing his money in health/ life insurance.
